Equipment Planner/Resource: Over the past few years, I have worked as a Senior Medical Equipment Planner on a broad range of projects, from major & government facilities to small community hospitals.
In many cases, I have found that the failure to ‘get in there’ early with some basic planning in certain key areas has created frustration leading to wasted time and money later.
Everyone operates under financial constraints and often there isn’t the staff available to take on these important initial steps that will help the team work more smoothly with management, architects & engineers, as the project starts to take shape.
As an independent contractor, I can step in and help add necessary resources, without long-term commitments of adding full-time employees.
Among those issues you might need to focus on are:
Review and document ASE/SSE equipment (new & existing)
Establish client policies for purchasing/leasing new equipment

With more than 20 years of varied medical industry experience, British born Susan Rachtman brings an international focus to Medical Equipment Planning for hospital and clinical projects.
